Strawberries and Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip

Ever since Valentine’s day, the stores seem to be filled with strawberries.

Seems a bit early, but I’ve been seeing them at the farmer’s market too.

Choc chips, honey, peanut butter

Here’s a quick little dip that my kids have no problem digging into.
Choc chips, honey, peanut butter melted

Very quickly melt some chocolate chips, peanut butter, and a bit of honey.

I used the microwave, but you could just as easily do it in a little pot on the stove.
Mixing in yogurt w/melted choc chips, peanut butter and honey
Add some plain or vanilla Greek yogurt.

This will help to bulk up the dip with some protein and calcium, and you won’t feel as bad if your kids (or you) happen to dip really big scoops of it. =D
Dipping Strawberry
Warm it all up a bit once it’s all mixed.
Try dipping some bananas and pineapple too!
