Ahi KatsuAhi Katsu: Sashimi-Grade Ahi Wrapped in Nori and Deep Fried Medium Rare, with Wasabi-Ginger Sauce

We met up with some friends on Oahu and had the best dinner at 3660 On the Rise. I’ve heard such good things about 3660 for years, but have never gotten to try them out until now. All I can say is that I wish I had tried them out sooner! Everything tasted so incredibly good.

This ahi katsu was so good, that Quill and I were practically licking the plate clean. This was my favorite dish of the night.

Fresh catch of the night

The catch of the day was mahi mahi, served with mashed potatoes. I can’t remember the exact name and details of this dish, but all the sauces here were delicious.
