- ½ c. frozen strawberries
- ½ c. frozen blueberries
- ½ c. or more juice (apple or berry)
- 1 c. plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- Fresh fruit to garnish
- Granola to garnish
- Place juice and frozen fruit into a high powered blender. Process until smooth, adding a little more juice if needed.
- Portion half of the yogurt into 2 dishes. Top each with half of the pureed fruit. Garnish top with sliced fruit and granola as desired.
