Quick Hummus and Vegetable Toasts |

- Brioche toast, melba toast, crackers
- Hummus
- Chopped fresh vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, olives
- Fresh lemon juice or vinegar (optional)
- Good quality olive oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Spread hummus on toast pieces.
- Scatter chopped vegetables over hummus. Add a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar if desired.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Top with freshly ground black pepper.
