Frozen Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ c. frozen strawberries
  • ½ c. frozen blueberries
  • ½ c. or more juice (apple or berry)
  • 1 c. plain or vanilla yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Fresh fruit to garnish
  • Granola to garnish
  1. Place juice and frozen fruit into a high powered blender. Process until smooth, adding a little more juice if needed.
  2. Portion half of the yogurt into 2 dishes. Top each with half of the pureed fruit. Garnish top with sliced fruit and granola as desired.
